07.16.05 Kayak Lake

I found this really cool program called Google Earth. If you put in an address, it zooms in using satellite photos to your location. It does not run on older PCs.

  • I know, they might see that I added on to our deck and didn't get a permit! It is a little frightening however. I've always heard that they have satellites that can read your license plate. I guess I believe it now

    The pictures they had of our area were out of date. I guess Big Brother is not too interested in our neck of the woods.

  • I think the pictures are about4 years old or so. I looked at 'Ground Zero' in NYC and the Towers are gone. There is also a different car in our driveway and we've only been there for 2 years. Some areas, like Tuxedo NY where 'rich' people live are blurred out. I guess if you're poor you have no privacy.
