I finally got me a pair of new glasses. This shouldn't be such a big deal, but it is for me. I've needed them for about 5 years, I had my eyes checked a year and a half ago but my vision was so blurry I thought I had better not invest in glasses because the prescription would change. So I decided to go with a slightly different frame too. These are also progressive lenses (bi-focals without the lines) I had some prescription sunglass lenses put in my old frames. It is obviously a slow day in blogville when I make a post like this one

Oh don't mention glasses. I lost mine this morning and ended up searching the whole house before I eventually found them in the laundry basket. (Inside a T-shirt) I really will have to remember to take off my glasses before I take off my kit.
Nice glasses by the way - The frames suit you.

Well, check you out Phil!
You look very handsome in your new glasses. I like the shape better for your face.
Nice choice!

I had to get BI - fogeys too; you have to adjust to them, I don't need them too badly but when I wear them I still tend to look "over the top" when I am talking to people - like old farts do. Its and over 45 thing.

Phil, enough with the rushing into eyewear decisions. Slow down already.
