This pepper was full grown in the beginning of July, but it took about 6 weeks for it to ripen.

It was the best pepper I've ever had...

Peppers are good! I love the omnipotentness of the picture!

FYI: Not sure if thats a real word!

Now that's a good looking pepper.
And it's beautiful against the blue sky.
I grew one butternut squash one year, it was tiny, but I was so proud of it, and it was the tastiest I'd ever had too!
Something about growing your own veggies..

Thank you for all of the pepper comments. It was a treat to eat for sure. There really is an incredible satisfaction to growing something and then having it to eat. It was possibly the tastiest thing I've grown to date. We do have some corn that is almost ready. I can't wait for that.

JLee, you can't imagine how many large pepper comments I've gotten over the years. It's the small cucumber ones that upset me though.
